I felt the staff and doctor were gentle and non-threatening to my dog. Reminds me of old-fashioned doctors office I remember when I was a kid.
The entire staff is friendly and very helpful. Dr. Landess was great with walking me through what was wrong with my rat, and what the next step needed to be. They squeezed me in on a very busy Saturday (today 2/4/17) without charging extra. Actually, they gave me a break on a lot of the prices and really helped me out. If you're looking for a friendly vet clinic with a warm staff and a great vet, this is it.
You will not find an Exotic Veterinarian better than Dr. Jack Landess. He truly cares about his patients. You never feel rushed and he takes the time to explain everything. My Opossums absolutely love him.
