We stopped in for a pizza and all I can say is, 'Wow'. The Sicilian was excellent. We will definitely stop in again the next time we are in Venice.
We have eaten here several times with mixed results. Tonight was a complete failure. A side of pasta with marinara sauce had a distinct chemical smell and taste. After complaining, the server told me it couldn't be the pasta or sauce. "Maybe it's the cheese? !!!" "What?"
Had dinner for four last night. We were promptly seated. Service was excellent. Isabella was our server and was very friendly. Our food was in good time and was hot and fresh. I had the chicken and artichoke pasta which was wonderful and a huge portion with plenty of chicken and artichokes. Enough for 3 meals. The other had veal and eggplant Parmesan, which they all raved about. I continue to love this place!
The manager declined to talk to us. We left and won't be back.
First time here.. The food is AMAZING!! The service is PERFECT! I highly recommend Asaro's Pizzeria!!
